Exchange & Return Policies

Can I return my products?

Ordered items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

- The item(s) to be returned or exchanged must meet SELLABLE CONDITION, together with the original packaging.

- "EXCLUDED ITEMS" such as Perishable Goods

How do I return or exchange an item?

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any item(s) by sending us email.

You will have the send the product back to our office together with the original packaging.

How long will I take to receive your refund?

Refunds will usually be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 days. We will contact you for your bank information to arrange a refund.

Will the delivery fee, tax and duty costs be included in my refund?
